  • Cost monitoring

    Costs are presented on a monthly basis and aggregated to a total cost overview. Based on these results, a comparison to the project budget and an analysis of the differences can follow.

  • Invoice management

    We collect all the incoming project invoices, control them and record them in a monthly overview. Furthermore, release for payment is obtained and all incoming invoices are edited and forwarded to accounting.

  • Organisation

    We develop and keep records of process organisation and are at your disposal as the general contact person for all commercial needs (tax consultant, lawyer, general contractor, controlling technician, investor…)

  • Cash management

    We are at your disposal as the general contact person for the banks and authorised signatory for the operative accounts. The monetary transactions are handled after clearance and controlled. The monitoring of the payment, bank accounts and the information to the client(You), round off this service point.

  • Financial management

    We currently analyse and optimize the financial situation of the project, support you in the preparation of loan agreements and overtake the preparation and handling of draw downs. Furthermore, we support you in necessary refinancing of the project. We overtake the Administration of the financial contracts under observation of exchange control regulations.

  • Auditing

    We prepare all the necessary documents for the auditing and coordinate the examination. The report of auditing is overtaken and revised by us.

  • Accounting

    The prepared documents (invoice management) are given to the local accounting. Following, we supervise the monthly accounting, manage and control the annual balance sheet.

  • Tax management

    We can be at your disposal as the contact person for the tax office and the local tax consultant in order to clarify any questions. We overtake the monitoring of fiscal situation and check of fiscal efficiency.

  • Documentation

    We create an overview of the incorporation documents, company’s decisions, decisions of the directors and contracts of each company.
